Zoning & Planning
Zoning Department aims to promote public health, safety and welfare of the community by guiding development of the built environment. The Planning and Zoning Division is dedicated to improving the quality of life of all Westchester residents, creating an environment that welcomes visitors and fosters new investment. The Planning and Zoning Division works with staff in other departments, other units of government, elected officials, board members and community members, to implement these goals
