Solicitors Application

Upon approval of your application and background check, payment can be made to the Village of Westchester. Once payment received the Police Department will issue permit and solicitation ID.

$250 for a 90-day permit
One-time $25 deposit for each solicitation ID, issued by the Westchester Police Department. The $25 fee for each solicitation ID is refundable.

By typing my name, I hereby declare, under oath, that the statements made herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief; that I will honor all posted "No Peddling", "No Soliciting" signs in the the Village of Westchester; that I will honor the Village of Westchester code and solicit between the hours of 10:00am and 7:00pm Monday through Saturday excluding Holidays. I will leave the premises immediately upon being asked to leave. I further understand that any incorrect or fraudulent statements made in this application, or while peddling or soliciting, constitutes sufficient grounds for immediate suspension and/or revocation of the right to solicit within the Village of Westchester, Illinois.

I have read the Village of Westchester Ordinance number 2010-1873 5.52.050 - Solicitation Restrictions and understand the terms of said Ordinance and will comply with all provisions of said Ordinance.
